• Resin Care Instructions
  • Spot clean with water, like a damp cloth. Do not immerse and soak.
  • Harsh chemicles & alcohol can damage the resin.
  • Resin is NOT: microwave, dishwasher, oven, or laundry safe. It can be damaged.
  • Resin is NOT scratch resistent. 
  • Long exposure to sun can damage your resin. Soften or change color.
  • If left in sun or warm areas resin can become soft and malleable, like any plastic. Move to a location that is cooler and let it sit until it returns to it's hardened state.

• Do you offer custom designs?
  • Yes! I have many listings up for custom sets. If you want something not listed contact me and I can create a listing specifically for you.
• How do I tell you what I want in my custom listing?

• How long have you been working with resin?
  • I've been working with resin since 2020.
• How long until my order will ship?
  • Most orders will ship within 3-5 business days. Some custom orders may take longer.
• Do you offer returns?
  • At the moment I do not. If you are unhappy with the product or it arrives damaged please contact me and I can work with you.
• Can I cancel my order?
  • If you contact me within 48hours I will cancel your order and provide a refund.
• Is resin safe for Kids?
  • My resin pieces are made using FDA compliant food grade resin. Once set and sent to you it is safe for children & adults to touch and play with. No chemicals will leech into your skin.
  • Due to the small sizes of some of the pieces I would reccommend children 3yr and up play with or handle them with adult supervision. They could be a choking hazard.
  • Resin is plastic, so if they are meant to be toys for your kids take the same percautions as you would with any other plastic toy that size.
